Terms & Conditions
By settling the account, making a booking or entering the premises, all individuals acknowledge that the information provided about the pet is accurate and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
(1) Booking dates are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. Payment must be made in full before the pet is dropped off.
(2) I understand that, while Tail & Wag Boutique Boarding takes reasonable care to provide a safe and happy environment, boarding and interaction with other dogs carry some inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, I accept responsibility for reasonable veterinary or treatment costs relating to my dog, including costs resulting from illness, injury or incidents involving another dog.
(3) I confirm that my dog's vaccinations and flea/tick prevention are current during their stay. I understand that I may be responsible for any treatment costs if prevention is found to be inadequate, out of date or required throughout their stay.
(4) I authorise Tail & Wag Boutique Boarding to seek veterinary care for my dog where reasonably necessary. I understand that veterinary, medication and associated transport costs are my responsibility, to the extent permitted by law.
(5) I authorise Tail & Wag to use photos/videos of my dog on their socials and website.
(6) I confirm that the information provided about my dog is accurate and that I have disclosed any relevant medical, dietary or behavioural concerns.
(7) I agree to Tail & Wag's cancellation policy, as listed below
(8) I understand that my pet staying at Tail & Wag Boutique Boarding must be dropped off and picked up within the advertised operating hours. Any out of hours actions are at the discretion of Tail & Wag Boutique Boarding and an additional out of hours fee may be charged.
(9) I accept that Tail & Wag will not be held responsible for any items lost, destroyed or left behind on these premises such as toys, bedding, collars, etc. Any items left for your pet's stay is at the owners discretion.
(10) Under no circumstances will Tail & Wag Boutique Boarding, including its staff, be responsible for paralysis tick, canine Influenza, canine parvovirus, cat flu, kennel cough, fleas, injury, sickness, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any animal or person staying or visiting the Tail & Wag Boutique Boarding premise.
(11) If your dog is aggressive towards any Tail & Wag staff member's or constantly barks and disturbs other animals staying or we receive complaints from neighbours or council, you will be contacted to collect your dog/s. If we are unable to contact you we then contact your case of emergency to collect your pet. No refund for unused nights will be given in this circumstance.
(12) Initiating or provoking fights with other dogs may result in immediate suspension for your dogs stay. The owner will be contacted and required to collect their dog as soon as possible. If the owner cannot be reached, the emergency contact will be called to collect the dog. No refund for unused nights will be given in this circumstance.
(13) Tail & Wag reserve the right to cancel or terminate any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, with a full refund provided for unused nights, including a full refund for the entire booking if the stay has not commenced.
(14) Client agrees to be solely responsible for the behaviour of their pet(s) while they are in the care of Tail & Wag.
